    Crazy Hair Day for Comic Relief

    To celebrate Comic Relief Red Nose Day 2026, on Friday 20th March we have decided to have a "crazy" hair day at St Mary Cray Primary Academy. The children can go as wacky, wild and colourful as they like!

    You do not need to bring any money to school for this event, however to make a donation please click on the link below:-

    CASPA Wear Green to Be Seen – Autism Awareness Fundraiser

    CASPA WEAR GREEN TO BE SEEN

    On Tuesday 24th March, SMCPA will be supporting the CASPA (Community Autistic Support, Pride & Advocacy) "Wear Green to Be Seen" campaign to promote autism awareness and inclusion.

    Children can come to school wearing a green item of clothing OR accessory, in exchange for a £1 donation per person.
    Please be aware that this is NOT an own clothes day, children must wear their uniform but with a green item i.e:

    Uniform with Green jumper instead of red jumper
    Uniform with Green trousers/skirt
    Green tights under uniform
    Green shoes or socks

    - Or just a green accessory i.e. hairband

Reminders

Nut Free Food Products

We would like to remind parents that we are a nut free school and that no food items should be brought onto school premises - this includes sandwiches and chocolate bars in packed lunches. Thank-you for your cooperation.

Water Only in Bottles

Students should only be drinking water in class - they are not allowed flavoured water or juices as their main drink in the classroom. These drinks are allowed as part of their packed lunch only.

No Dogs Allowed on Site

As per school policy, no dogs (unless guide-dogs) are allowed on school premises.

Pay via ParentPay

All payments should be made in advance on ParentPay either online or through the app. This includes: Dinner Money, Breakfast Club, Tik Tok Afterschool Club, and Trips.
